Our Customer Service Team is pleased to assist passengers in retrieving their lost items. The Lost Property Office provides registration, handles inquiries, and offers retrieval services for items lost within the Passenger Terminal Complex.

 

Lost Property Office Locations:

  • Airside: North Node, Ground Floor
  • Landside: Arrivals Hall

 

Items lost on your flight:

 

Items lost inside the Passenger Terminal:

  • As per your convenience either contact the nearest HIA Information Desk or report to any of the above-mentioned Lost Property offices.
  • If you are outside the airport premises, please use the Contact Us form or email the HIA Lost Property Office at contact-us@hamadairport.com.qa with a full description of the lost item, including:
    • Brand/model and color
    • Flight number and date
    • Time and possible location where it was lost
    • A photo of the lost item (if available)

 

Disclaimer

Hamad International Airport staff are the only authorized representatives to assist with lost property inquiries, register lost items, and provide retrieval services free of charge. Items handed to the Lost Property Office will be kept for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity and will no longer be available for retrieval. HIA does not accept liability for any items not claimed within 30 days and donated to charity.
