Tourist Visa Types:

• Tourist Visa (A1): for tourism purposes.
• GCC Resident Visa (A2): for GCC residents with valid residency of minimum 3 months from date of arrival to Qatar.
• Visa with ETA (A3):  for holders of a valid Schengen, US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand visa/residency.
• Visa for Companion of GCC Citizen (A4): for a visitor accompanying a GCC citizen visiting the State of Qatar.
• Visa-Free for US Citizens (F1): holders of a US nationality/citizenship can apply for an F1 visa.

Field Support Team – Core Operational Responsibilities:

1.  Travel Facilitation for Visitors Without a Hayya E-Visa:
   Guide travelers at HIA without a valid Hayya E-Visa through the full registration and application process.
2. Assistance for Visitors Referred by Immigration Officers:
   Support travelers directed by immigration officers for Hayya-related matters, ensuring their entry permits and concerns are promptly addressed.
3. Real-Time Application Updates: 
   Help travelers make corrections or updates to their Hayya application for smooth entry, such as (name, passport number, expiry date, date of birth)
   ex. Review and amend passport details (e.g., name, passport number, expiry date, date of birth) 
4. Technical Troubleshooting:  Resolve Hayya app technical issues, such as login /or submission errors, to facilitate successful application processing. 
    

• Cancellation or Email Update Requests: Process cancellation requests or update email for travelers requesting to withdraw their Hayya E-Visa due to specific reasons
• Processing Approved Applications: Verify approvals with accurate information and facilitate smooth entry into the country without further intervention.
• Resolution of Applications Not Viewable in MOI System: Verify and provide the E-visa number to the MOI immigration officer or traveler when an application is not found in the MOI system.
