From the moment you enter, you are treated to beautiful Arabian decor, a refreshing resort-like ambience, tantalizing a la carte and buffet dining and our signature hospitality.

Location

Departures, Concourse A (near Lamp Bear) – Level 1.

• From Premium Check-in: After completing immigration and security procedures, access the lounge by using the escalator or elevator on the left after Harrods Tea Room.
• Regular Check-in: After completing immigration and security procedures, proceed to the Lamp Bear. Take the escalator or elevator after crossing the Harrods Tea Room to access the lounge.
• If Transferring: Proceed to Lamp Bear, access the lounge using the elevator or escalator after Harrods Tea Room. If you are at the Transfers A, the elevator or escalator to the lounge will be on your right.

Eligibility

• Business Class ticketed customers travelling on Qatar Airways (Elite, Comfort & Classic) or Business Class oneworld operated flights.
• Business Class ticketed customers travelling on Qatar Airways operated codeshare partner flights.
• Privilege Club redemption tickets issued on a Business Class fare basis on Qatar Airways and other oneworld operated flight.
• Customers who booked the Al Mourjan Business Lounge ancillary service.
• Walk-in customers are accepted if they meet the eligibility criteria.
